briefs & review

Review, approval & sharing

Circulate a brief for sign-off without giving reviewers an account, then hand a clean read-only copy to your client.

Request a review

  1. 1
From the brief, choose Request review and add reviewer emails. This creates passwordless review links.
  2. 2
Each reviewer opens their link and sees the brief plus every referenced capture — no sign-in, no account.
  3. 3
They click Approve or Request changes (with an optional comment). Each decision is recorded with an audit trail.
  4. 4
You see every reviewer's decision and comment above the editor. The brief moves to approved when all reviewers approve, or changes requested otherwise.

The Approved seal

Once approved, the brief carries the Approved badge — the Zaai star and a “Zaai dev review” label — in the editor and on any shared view. Approval also mints an immutable signed-off copy: a frozen snapshot of that version and its captures that survives later edits to the live brief.

Share & client handoff

Share links come in two modes, and you control what each one exposes.

  • View — read-only. Ideal for client handoff.
  • Review — adds the one-click approve / request-changes buttons.
  • Freshness — a link can track the live document or pin to an immutable snapshot.
  • Optional password and expiry, per-link branding, and a PDF export for the final document.

good to know

Reviewer identity is the email the link was addressed to — there's nothing for your client or reviewer to install or sign up for.
